PURPOSE
To provide a safe haven for women to address any dysfunctions arising prenatally, postpartum or at any
stage in life. To be able to provide exceptional care without guidelines or restrictions to make every
woman feel strong, supported and understood.
WHO WE ARE
Two mothers with a combined 10 years of practice in physical and occupational therapy with a passion for
pelvic health. Both providers are Herman and Wallace Level 1 certified.

● Urinary incontinence (stress/urge/mixed)
● POP (pelvic organ prolapse)
● DRA (diastasis recti abdominis)
● Sexual dysfunction
● Pain with intercourse
● Prenatal and postpartum pelvic health
● Childbirth education

DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?
Gentle Tides Pelvic Health is a cash based practice. This means we do not bill your insurance. If requested, you will be provided with a “superbill” that you can then submit to your insurance for any available out-of-network benefits. We accept exact cash, credit card, HSA card and FSA card. This allows us to provide the highest quality care.
